About the adventure

The continent this takes place in is Revali, a tropical land inspired by places such as Hawaii that is plagued with monsters. The starting theme will be a simple ragtag team of adventurers coming together to rise through the ranks of the city's hunters keep before the stakes of the campaign inevitably rise to possible apocalyptic proportions.

Gameplay details

The campaign will start with a session 0 so that players can get a feel for the setting as well as my dm style. The heaviest subject I tend to tackle in my campaigns are things such as kidnapping and murder. This should go without saying but this game is open and inclusive to anyone regardless of Sexuality or Gender Identity and it is expected of the players and DM to respect their fellow player's identities failure to do so will result in being dropped from the game, no ifs and or buts. Lines and Veils will be set once I have had a chance to understand the kind of content my players are/ are not comfortable with to ensure that no one (myself included) is hurt or made uncomfortable by the content of the campaign, this will include a Q&A for both me and my players during session 0 which will help me understand my players beyond the surface level. Once an acceptable content president is set I shall apply a "Fade to Black" rule for any content that would potentially make a player uncomfortable. Once a session is complete I will also ask the players how their overall experience was and if there is anything that can be changed to enhance their experience to make it a more positive one. I will also check in with players individually occasionally to make sure they are fine with the campaign in case they aren't comfortable with speaking in front of a larger group. For anonymous feedback I shall include a link to an online document that the players can edit anonymously so that I still receive the feedback without them feeling judged or watched.

How will character creation work

Character Creation Rules Homebrew/Unearthed Arcana classes and races are allowed as long as they are okayed by me after reading through them. No limit on races/classes from official D&D books. Characters must have a reason for adventuring and must be at least open to teamwork no lone wolves. A backstory must be written and okayed by me just to make sure it fits in with the world No evil characters, only neutral-good characters are fine. Alignments need not be set in stone they merely need to inform the character's moral stance at the start of the campaign. When rolling stats roll 6 sets of 4d6 and drop the lowest number, this process can be repeated 3 times.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
