About the adventure

Welcome to the Sixth World, Chummer! We've kind of danger you can imagine: ultra-violent gangers, flesh-eating ghouls, mages that summon spirits from toxic waste, backstabbing corporate raiders, hard-nosed police officers, and even dragons. Us folk who run in the shadows don't have much - our guts, our wits, and sometimes our friends - but maybe that's enough. Hit up the Vegas Strip for some high crimes and grand larceny! Almost anything goes in this city, from casinos to arena death matches to brilliant simsense entertainment not found anywhere else. Its prime location and strong underworld connections make it a perfect point-of-entry for a shadowrunner, whether you're a smuggler, dodging some heat, or just starting out in the biz. Open to beginners and veterans alike!

Gameplay details

We'll be playing with Shadowrun's Sixth Edition rules! Shadowrun utilizes a d6-based system, where the higher your attribute and skill total, the more d6's you roll! Gameplay is split into 5 main phases: - Pre-Game: Introductions, getting a brief lay of the landscape, and finding out you have a client to meet. - The Meet: This is your first impression with the client, where you negotiate pay, learn more about the job, and choose whether or not to take it. - Legwork: Your research and preparation for a run. This can include forging ID's, scouting the premise, scouring the matrix, interviewing people in the area, and gathering/creating equipment and tools! - Execution: The job itself. How well it goes all depends on your preparation, your ability to adapt, and your luck. - Fallout: Resolve mission, whether it succeeds or fails.
