About the adventure

Travelling across the countryside, you and your companions will match wits with wizards, brawn with might ogres and giants, attempt to survive malicious dragons, all fro the comfort of your own home. Welcome to Faerun, Wizards of the Coasts' official D&D setting, where I will be taking you and your party through an adventure specifically designed for the group. Utilizing a number of different modules (as put out by Wizards) we will trek through the countryside, learning the whims of the dice along the way. This game is intended specifically for those with little to no D&D 5e experience, so if you've always wanted to learn, now is your chance! See you in the game

How to prepare

Everything that we're doing can be done within 3 Internet browser tabs. 1. Discord (the desktop app or phone app is also plausible) 2. D&D Beyond. If you are not familiar with D&D beyond, feel free to create a free account and play around. 3. Foundry VTT. This is a virtual Table top, where all the maps, tokens, dice rolling, etc happens. We will go over this in Session

What I provide

In short, EVERYTHING. I have virtual DIce, tokens, maps, adventures, source books, fun, character voices, a private discord with channels only visible to your game and moderators. So long as you bring some fun ideas and a positive attitude, we'll have a great time!

Gameplay details

Most games will start with a 5 minute recap of what happened last time, and then jump right into the adventuring. When in town, you may experience quests that deal with intrigue, politics, crime, etc. Where as the wilderness offers mosters to be slain, native tribes to conduct business with, and all kinds of hidden gems throughout. I do utilize a curse word here and there as well as descriptive language in combat, however I will almost always keep it PG-13 at worst. If there are any younger individuals present, I adjust my description accordingly, however I do reccommend a parent or guardian also play along. Finally we do utilize private chat safety rules to allow any player at the table the ability to help ensure that the content we are making together is appropraite for all.

How will character creation work

Character creation will be available for players to do so on their own, however there will be a dedicated section of our Session 0 for character creation and quesitons. For individuals who may be overwhelmed by the vast majority of options, or just want to get into the game, I have pre made characters available as a "quick start" option

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
