About the adventure

You were recently engaged to come to the rescue of a local gnome settlement that had been invaded by a tribe of angry kobolds. The small draconic creatures had sent an ultimatum to your local town of Redspring, north-west of Arabel. They'd called themselves the "Vanguard of the Forgotten" and seemed surprisingly warlike for their kind. They had demanded a substantial ransom to free the small group of gnome archeologists that they'd captured in the hills of Clawdale. After rescuing said-hostages and encountering a series of other strange creatures, both in the woods and more recently under the town itself, you've started to understand that all is not well in the region: what dark designs are being hatched here, and by whom ? You've been tasked to find out more in this new CLAWDALE ADVENTURE SERIES.

How to prepare

Players will need access to Discord and an account on the Roll20 site (free). An account on DnDBeyond isn't required but strongly recommended. Remember this is a TEXT in Real Time session ! We will be typing both in Out-Of-Character and Roleplay chats on Discord while using Roll20 for visual help (battle maps, character sheets, dice rolls and other handouts).

What I provide

Access to my own Discord server including maps, portraits, dice bots, etc.

Gameplay details

This is a Live TEXT session: no Audio mic is required and all players with a preference for the written word are welcome ! The game is NOT a Play-by-Post in the classic sense, however, as we will be meeting online and typing in REAL TIME.

How will character creation work

Characters start at Level 3, all methods for stats are accepted (point buy, rolls or standard array). DM can provide pre-generated characters if requested previous to the session.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
