About the adventure

Rime of the Frostmaiden Amongst the Lands of the Azure Taiga. A strange threat has taken over the entire land of that and Icewind Dale. The Sun no longer shines amongst the Velkin and the taiga as the land has entered a permanent winter. The Goddess of Winter known as the Frost maiden seems to be the one responsible, however the frost goddess seems to have grown bitter, with reports that she has been affected by the corruption and exiled from the seasonal pantheon, her wrath has led to the ten towns of Icewind Dale. She must be stopped, before her antics lead to freeze over the rest of Voden and her people. Sands of Sin Amongst the land of Voden resides the city of Ketu, a desert civilization amongst a dangerous wasteland governed by the Kalani Council. Every day, the city of Ketu, as well as all the other inhabitants of Voden, fight back against an ancient evil known as "the corruption". However, a high-ranking member of the city believes that very corruption has infected one of the council members. Upon trying to bring this conspiracy to light, he is unsuccessful and nearly imprisoned. With that, multiple adventurers are called upon to destroy what this individual & the city believes to be the source of the corruption and possibly uncover a conspiracy that could leave the city of Ketu changed forever...

How to prepare

Webcam & Microphone. As well as the discord application installed on a computer. All rules and regulations will be discussed beforehand in a private 1on1 voice call.

What I provide

All Tabletop needs will be provided by the use of VTT means. Images and illustrations will either be commissioned or designed by me or Project Aurora Staff.

Gameplay details

Safety Tools are discussed in Session 0. Things that are and aren't ok at the table are all handled, discussed with a social contract being formed.

How will character creation work

Level 1, created in a session 0 with all the players & Dungeon Master. We will all hop into a discord voice call and introduce ourselves while also explaining the campaign adventure. Afterwards, we will continue with character creation on the D&D beyond platform before importing the character sheets over to foundry VTT.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
