About the adventure

Play as a hardened Tarna, a wise Gith, or an inventive Vedari and set out on a quest for survival to attain an Oath of Blood and become part of the legions of the Carlac Khan! Obvious inspirations for the setting include: Dark Suns, Storm by Don Lawrence, Dune, John Carter of Mars and Mad Max. You will need a microphone and a discord account. I will be using a webcam. How to prepare

A mic is required, a webcam is nice. You are expected to read up on house rules beforehand, but not lore. It will earn you bonus points though! We'll create a fitting character together before the game starts.

The possibility is open for followup sessions with the characters played.

Gameplay details

We'll start with a session 0 to express expectations and set boundaries together. A typical session will start with a bit of roleplay to get in the mood. I usually lead on with asking for a couple of dice rolls to set the stage for the session, which usually fairly quickly escalates into a combat encounter! I try to describe the action theatrically and use cool visual FX.

How will character creation work

Characters will start at level 3 and work their way up to level 5 by the last session. We will create characters together in a session zero, the first of the five planned sessions.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
