Pokemon: Orchidia

About the adventure

Welcome to the Orchidia region; the vacation capital of the world! Home to the most beautiful beaches, the most vibrant cultural celebrations, the most exclusive parties, educational facilities about outer space, and of course, for the families, the most magical place, Pokeworld! But not everyone is here for a vacation. In fact, every year, thousands of trainers come to Orchidia in hopes of becoming a Paragon, a influencer status that will make you a Pokemon legend, no matter what field you are in! This campaign will take place in the Orchidia Region, and will be using a heavily Homebrew modified version of the PokeRole system. The Orchidia Region is home to some unique Pokemon and regional variants, along with all your favorites. In this campaign, you will get to explore the region as you collect 8 gym badges and participate in the Paragon Trial with your assigned team! Will your team rise through the ranks of the Trial? Or will they be eliminated!?

How to prepare

After Session 0, just have your Trainer ID Card & your Pokedex open during play, and know all your Trainer and Pokemon's abilities. You will be given these after Session 0.

Gameplay details

While this game does take place in a Pokemon Setting, you will get to experience it as an adult rather than a Teen or Child, and all it has to offer. Your Pokemon will grow and get stronger, as will you the trainer. PokeRole is probably the easiest Pokemon system to learn by far, but it is still a little difficult but I'll make sure to explain it in depth both during Session 0, and as we play.

Session 0

How will character creation work

You will create your character, and you will be able to choose your starter Pokemon from a large predetermined list and customize them. All Pokemon you catch thereafter will be randomized though still customizable to an extend.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
