Will you avert Phandalin's fate and disband the looming shadow, or will the town fall, becoming the cornerstone of a new empire of darkness? 🕰️ This campaign unfolds in a Play-by-Post (PbP) format, facilitated through a dedicated Discord server. The game is fully compatible with a broad range of devices, including mobiles, tablets, and phones. As your Dungeon Master, I'll be checking in and updating the game multiple times daily. Players are encouraged to participate at least once a day, especially when their characters are involved in active scenes.

How to prepare

Platform: We will be using Discord for this game. No webcam or microphone is required since our game is text-based. Game Understanding: Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition rules is helpful but not mandatory. We'll clarify rules as we go and support new players! Character Creation: Characters will be created before the game begins, with assistance provided if needed. We will be using D&D Beyond for character creation. Software: All that's required is Discord. You can play this campaign on any device - even mobile Tools: DND Beyond account for your character sheet. Within Discord, we'll use the Avrae bot will be used for dice rolling and combat management. If you haven't used Avrae before, it can be picked up quickly, and I'm here to help! Mindset: Come prepared for an immersive storytelling experience! This game thrives on cooperation, creativity, and respect for each other's narratives.

What I provide

As your GM, I'll be bringing all the tools and resources we'll need for a truly immersive experience! This includes all sourcebooks and adventure books, as well as Pro accounts on DND Beyond and Owlbear Rodeo. Additionally, I use Pro Generative AI Art accounts to create unique locations, monsters, NPCs, and even characters (if you want!). I'll be there to assist with character creation and ensure that everyone has a memorable and enjoyable experience. So just bring your creativity and sense of adventure, and let's dive into the world of Dungeons & Dragons together!

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all players, I use the following safety tools: - A safety checklist to ensure that all players are aware of potential triggers and sensitive topics - Session zero to discuss concerns and boundaries before the game begins - Lines and veils to identify sensitive topics and content to avoid Overall, my game style is focused on inclusivity and safety. This campaign will be run as Play by Post. The game will be run on Discord with DND Beyond for character sheets and resources, and Avrae bot for dice rolling and combat management. Gameplay will be primarily text-based, allowing for flexible participation throughout the day. My game style is rules-light and encourages the "rule of cool" to keep things fun and interesting. I encourage Theatre of the Mind to maximize originality and player creativity! I aim to foster a cooperative and engaging environment, where every player has a chance to shine. How will character creation work

Creating characters is one of the most exciting parts of any DND campaign! During our session zero, we'll take some time to create characters together. We'll be using DND Beyond, and I have all DND 5E sourcebooks on there, so the sky's the limit when it comes to character creation. Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned veteran, I'll be there to assist you with creating your character and crafting a memorable backstory. Together, we'll make sure that your character is ready to embark on an epic adventure!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
