Pathfinder 2E - Initiate Treasure Hunters

About the adventure

You are new recruits of The First World Fortune Seekers Alliance! As a group you will decide to play as part of one of two guilds. The Foresight Faction is tasked with protecting some innocent fey creatures from hunters who seek to capture them and use their magic for nefarious purposes. If this practice becomes commonplace, it could mean disaster for a number of regions. Alternatively, you may choose to join up with the Contract Consortium and take a more sinister stance. The Consortium would also like to stop these hunters, but their reasoning is to capture these fey creatures and use the power for their own sinister agendas. Like any good TTRPG, the choice is yours! This session will be played in the Universe of "Tabletop Treasure Hunters", a series created by Level 1 Geek. Strong characters may even be referenced in future episodes. (With permission of course). This session will NOT be live streamed. We will be using Pathfinder 2E rules and playing level 3 characters.

Additional Details

How to prepare

Player's will need access to Zoom as well as Foundry VTT. An average quality mic (meaning you just need to be audible and not drowned out by audio issues) will be required. Webcam is prefered but not required. Other than that join the discord group, create your characters, and be on time!

What I provide

This will be a digital session. I will provide any assets needed to play the game other than your own mic/webcam/character.

Gameplay details

This game will contain standard fantasy violence. The most harsh theme involved will be the capture of sentient magical creatures for the use of power. We will use lines and veils before the session to be sure everyone is comfortable. Regardless of lines/veils, I try to keep my games PG-13. We will follow standard rules for Pathfinder 2E to the best of our ability, keeping in mind that the GM will have final ruling when it comes to rules debates vs keeping gameplay moving.

How will character creation work

Each player will need to create a 3rd level character using standard Pathfinder 2E rules. All official content will be allow. No 3rd party/playtest content will be allowed. I willl create a discord group for the party once it is assembled where we will vote on which guild to play as well as have an open line of communication for questions. Players will be expected to create their characters before the session on their own, but I will be available for questions when needed.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
