About the adventure

Aeons ago, before the land of Vitesia was even a thought in the minds of the gods, there was Her - Viridiana. The Great Watcher in the Sky. Our protector. As the living races grew and developed, She was always there to ensure our survival. We revered her, praised her. But as her stone gaze continued over us, our kind began to fear her. That fear turned to paranoia. And that paranoia turned to all out war. And when we struck her down, she claimed her retribution by shrouding our world in a darkness deeper than even the Thirteenth Hell could conceive. And now, with monsters on our borders, a looming threat in the East, and a trickster playing puppeteer in the shadows, I can only write the words that have been on my lips since birth. How to prepare

A Discord account will be needed for communication. A webcam and mic are not required but are recommended. Rules and characters will be established during Session 0. If playing on a virtual tabletop (Roll20, Foundry, etc), no character sheets or dice will be needed; otherwise, dice and character sheets are required.

Gameplay details

This game features some elements of horror. As such, there may be events or fights that occur within the game that may not be suited for everyone. All proper safety tools will be put into place, and additional help may be requested if a player is uncomfortable with a certain scenario. Additional details will be discussed during the player's free Session 0.

How will character creation work

A free Session 0 is available to all players who purchase a session of Nightstriders. During this session, the player will make their character, and the DM will establish the setting, where the party currently is (if they are joining a campaign that has already started), and discuss any potential trauma or triggers that may need to be brought up before their first session.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
