Newish DM Offering One-Shots and Campaigns for All

About the adventure

Greetings adventurers! I am the Crazy Cat Lady of Doom and hope to be your DM. I am still newish to the game, about 2 years of experience. If you don't mind that then please read on. I plan to run one-shots and campaigns and I am happy to customize each to the players that sign up for the game. We will discuss what everyone wants from the game and I will adjust from there to try and ensure everyone has maximum fun. Are you new and looking for a beginner tutorial game? Or perhaps you're a seasoned veteran with a high level character idea you've never had a chance to try out? Maybe you're looking for an all combat session or an all roleplay session? Whatever your heart desires, just let me know and I'll do my best to please. I use Dndbeyond for character sheets, Discord for communication, and Roll20 for maps.

Additional Details

How to prepare

You will need a microphone (no webcam needed), a discord account, a dndbeyond account, a roll20 account, and the beyond20 extension (all free) and a computer capable of running them all. Once you sign up I will send you links to the discord chat, the dndbeyond campaign, and the roll20 campaign. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.

What I provide

I bring my player-centered attitude, a discord server for voice chat, dndbeyond with some content sharing for character sheets, and roll20 for maps. I will create a custom tavern for each new campaign.

Gameplay details

Players can expect my utmost efforts to ensure everyone has fun. We will have a discussion to identify any lines and veils and will have stars and wishes after each session. I want everyone to feel comfortable at my table. If you are new, I am happy to set up a private "things to know" meeting before the game to help with character creation, tech set up, and answer any questions you may have.

How will character creation work

For one-shots characters should be created before the game starts. For campaigns we will create characters during session zero. All characters will be created on dndbeyond and I will share my content. I do not have everything yet, I am saving up for the legendary bundle.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
