How will character creation work

Character creation: -All ancestries (races) welcome -All classes welcome -No homebrew -Point Buy or Standard Array for stats -Starting equipment -Free feat at level 1 that ties into you backstory of how *you* became a level 1 hero! -You you have 10,000 GP to spend on spell components and various other sundries at The Swamp Shop -You have spent some time gathering powerful magic items. You have 7 Magic Item Points (MIPs) to spend: --5 MIP per Legendary Item --3 MIP per Very Rare -- 2 MIP per Rare -- 1 MIP per Uncommon The Swamp Hag has the final approval for your magic items.
