About the adventure

This day is dedicated to help any players during any of the scheduled days with character creation, questions, marvel chat and table rules. Please register for one of my upcoming games if you intend to join this session 0. Feel free to chill and chat. We will be focused mainly on Character Creation, but in a chill and fun environment. I will be available most of the day. Feel free to show up at any time within the listed hours, just message me in my Discord when you intend to join, and I will make sure to be online for assistance. (Description of upcoming game) Loki is up to his mischief once more, and the fate of America hangs in the balance! But fear not, for the mighty Avengers have risen to defend our nation against an otherworldly invasion. Yet amidst this chaos, a sinister undercurrent of crime surges. The nefarious Kingpin, a crime lord of legendary notoriety, has forged an unholy alliance with Hydra, capitalizing on the alien onslaught to carry out their sinister schemes. In response, the Defenders, the Punisher, and even the iconic Spider-Man are waging a relentless battle against this unlawful tide. However, the odds are stacked against them as these malevolent forces had been preparing for this moment, exploiting the alien threat to their advantage. What they did not anticipate, though, is the emergence of a group of unexpected heroes (that's you) who will stand in their way! New York City may be well defended, but the ripples of crime have spread throughout the state of New York. By fate or circumstance, whether you find yourself a witness, a hireling, or in some other unforeseen role, you now bear the weighty responsibility of thwarting the sinister plots of Hydra and the Kingpin. Time is of the essence, act swiftly before it's too late! Take on the role of a Rank 2 hero. Though you may be lesser-known in the world of heroes, you possess a solid understanding of your unique abilities. While taking on the alien threat may be beyond your capabilities, you are more than a match for the hordes of villainous mobs that dare to cross your path!

How to prepare

A working Mic and accesses to my Roll20 and Discord channels. Please provide a picture of your character concept ahead of time, so I may format a token for you. I will be free most of the day, so feel free to log on and ask any questions if you are unsure of how you want to play at that time. You're not as strong as the Defenders, but still very capable a hero.

What I provide

I will provide various maps, NPC voices as a trained voice actor, and a wide knowledge and understanding of the MCU. Leadership and GM experience. For this session 0, I will be free most of the day to assist people in their character creation during that time. I am a Marvel Nerd, and and happy to geek out with you over Disney or Marvel content.

Gameplay details

I will furnish you with the essential links for both our Roll20 and Discord platforms. To ensure a seamless experience during our upcoming session, please come well-prepared with a functional microphone, an active Roll20 membership, and an appropriate character portrait to represent your in-game persona. Our Session 0 is primarily geared towards aiding you in character creation, especially if you are new to this format. Notably, an intricate backstory is not mandatory, given that this session is designed as a standalone adventure, or a "One Shot." In the event that our initial session proves enjoyable and successful, my intention is to continue hosting subsequent sessions within the Earth 612 universe. In the meantime, I kindly request that you familiarize yourself with my Discord Rules, which predominantly emphasize the principles of respect and courtesy among all participants. Feel free to engage in conversation with your fellow participants and, above all, immerse yourself in the enjoyment of our shared gaming experience.

How will character creation work

Character creation will take place on Roll20. This will be a free session. You will be playing as Rank 2 heroes. Background is not as important for the One-Shot, however, if I do turn this into a campaign, and you want to bring your character into the new game, it will matter a lot more.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
