About the adventure

1969 Man lands on the moon. World Population: 3.6 Billion 2009 Kepler telescope is launched to search for earth-like planets. World Population: 6.76 Billion 2153 Palo-23 Space Probe lands on planet Tanis. World Population: 24.34 Billion Food and water shortages are commonplace. 2174 The battle for earth's limited resources reaches the boiling point. Mission MOTHERSHIP is launched... Rival governments wage a war on earth over the last remaining resources, leading to the planet's death. Humanity in a last ditch effort, builds a bunch of interstellar arks, the MOTHERSHIPS. They carry the last few humans across space to colonize the closest and most hospitable planets. The closest, Tanis, a 123 year journey. The passengers are placed in hyper-sleep and a rotating crew wakes biennially to maintain the ship. Played with my Homebrew system (easy to learn). Each player takes the role of a character. You might be a colonist, crewmember, a marine, or something else. You awaken from hyper-sleep and things quickly fall apart. Can you survive?
