About the adventure

You will play a group of detectives working to follow the trail of your enigmatic superior. The clues will take you to nightmarish realms filled with secrets to uncover and horrors to overcome. Along the way you'll meet other lost souls in need of help and your investigative expertise, and be forced to make hard choices in a world of grey morality.

Familiarize yourself with d&d 5e character creation, make sure you have a working mic and Discord installed with an account set up.

The Foundry Software, a host of D&D books to choose character options from, and years of experience.

Gameplay details

We will start at level 1 in the world of Eberron, and will travel to Ravenloft and explore different Domains of Dread, viewed through the lens of the Eberron's own lore. These realms are each based on specific combinations of Horror genres and tropes, and present there own challenges for the party to overcome. Very often the goal will not be to slay a monster, but to understand why it is a monster (though we will slay plenty of monsters too!). You will encounter different factions with agendas that won't present clear cut "good" choices. As part of the "buy in" the players will need to create characters that fit into a horror and mystery solving campaign and can be scared. As fear will play a vital part in our adventures, we will be using some safety rules to keep our players safe and comfortable even as their characters fight the darkness. How will character creation work

No need for characters to be made before hand. During the interview we will talk about what kind of character you'd want to play and we will hammer out the rest of the details with the group during session 0. This first session is completely free! Giving us a chance to make sure the group dynamic is good before the campaign proper starts.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
