This is the adventure that comes with the Pathfinder Second Edition Beginner Box! Something has been stealing barrels upon barrels of salted fish from the Otari fishery. Discover what lies underneath the oceanside village of Otari and learn how to play Pathfinder Second Edition at the same time! Specifically designed for new players, this adventure serves as a fantastic tutorial for this incredible TTRPG system.

How to prepare

I'll send each player an invite to the Discord server we'll be playing in as well as the Roll20 campaign we'll be using. Players should have a decent mic and a decent internet connection (the battlemaps are relatively large).

What I provide

I am providing character sheets, battlemaps, and tokens for Roll20.

Gameplay details

This adventure is specifically for Pathfinder Second Edition (PF2) beginners, though experienced players may enjoy a quick and easy dungeon crawl adventure. Currently, I'm new to this system as well, though I'm expecting a full campaign of this to take 2-3 three-hour sessions. If a group would like to continue adventuring with each other after this adventure, we can talk about starting a longer adventure path also published by Paizo (PF2 publishers).

How will character creation work

Characters will be provided - you choose from Kyra the Cleric, Valeros the Fighter, Ezren the Wizard, or Merisiel the Rogue. Because this adventure is geared towards Pathfinder beginners, we won't be using custom characters.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
