Lost Mines of Phandelver, Intro to D&D! Newbies Welcome!

About the adventure

This is a campaign for beginners! It is set in a town called Phandalin primarily, bring a great attitude and a character, let's have a blast. In Phandalin and along the sword coast you will explore and figure out the mysteries that need answers in this excellent starting adventure to D&D 5e. We will primarily use Foundry VTT for our maps, Beyond20 and its chrome plugin for our character sheets and dice rolls, Discord for our voice chat.

How to prepare

The players will only need to have a PC with a mic and a Discord account, everything else will be prepared along with the player during our session 0, where we will handle character creation, VTT setup and go over our safety tools.

What I provide

I will bring all sourcebooks, maps, tokens etc. I’ll also bring fully immersive audio brought to you by Syrinscape. I also bring Foundry VTT and a master sub to D&D Beyond.

Gameplay details

This game is generally going to be pretty easy going on the rules, improvisation is welcomed!

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen on D&D Beyond and be imported into Foundry VTT. We will do this together during Session 0 of our game! We will be starting at level one and we will use any official sourcebook the player prefers.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
