About the adventure

One of the quintessential 5th-edition campaigns, the Lost Mines of Phandelver is an excellent way for new players to be introduced into the world of Dungeons and Dragons. A light balance of roleplay, combat, and exploration gives this adventure everything a players is looking for in a campaign. Starting off as couriers for some important folk in the town of Phandalin, players will uncover the secrets of the Lost Mines of Phandelver, an ancient mining system that created magical items for cities all across the Forgotten Realms. And they will soon learn that something of this magnitude attracts several types of individuals...

How to prepare

Players should have a Discord and Roll20 account ready before the first session with microphone access. Players can use whatever dice rolling method and character sheet style they prefer.

What I provide

-character voices -maps -any additional resources a player might need (such as dice and blank character sheets)

Gameplay details

Each session will be slightly different, but will mostly be focused around discovering the area and learning more about what is going on around town. This adventure follows the guidelines set out in the TTRPG Safety Toolkit, which you can find at bit.ly/ttrpgsafetytoolkit

How will character creation work

Character creation can happen in the Session 0 of the campaign, or characters can be made ahead of time. Regardless, you will start off with a 1st-level character with basic starting equipment.
