About the adventure

Hey everyone! I'm running the Lost Mine of Phandelver as a chance to use this new tool. I've been running games professionally for about half a year now, and am very comfortable on Roll20. I have a good knowledge of the rules of the 5e system. I'm looking for players new and seasoned to join me on an adventure! The lost magic of the mine waits for worthy adventurers. Will you take up the mantle?

How to prepare

For this game, I will expect players to at least have a well-functioning mic. Video is completely optional. Players should have any level of membership on the Roll20 VTT. Players who don't already have it should try to get their hands on a copy of the Player's Handbook which is a detailed description of the rules of the game. Players should take the time to study their Race and Class abilities and options before session 0 so that they have at least the seed of an idea of how their character will take shape.

What I provide

As this will be a virtual campaign, all of my tools will be virtual. I own the source book on Roll20, so everything is already integrated into the system.

Gameplay details

This adventure takes place on the west coast of Faerun, a large continent that has recently been rebuilding after a devastating war. In Neverwinter, adventurers are tasked with a simple delivery job that soon goes haywire. As events unfold, there will be tussles with villainous despots, greedy mages, and all manner of creatures. I take an approach to the rules that is somewhere north of casual, and somewhere south of militant. I use the rules as a guide, but mistakes from players or myself will not make or break a session. I'm in it to bring a fascinating story to life for my players.
