About the adventure

Gundren Rockseeker has asked you and your party to deliver a cart full of supplies to the frontier town of Phandalin for him. He is excited about something he and his brothers have discovered near the town and is eager to get there as soon as possible. He will ride ahead and meet you there to pay for your services. This seems like a simple delivery job. What could possibly go wrong?... Lost Mine of Phandelver is a fun adventure module for 5e Dungeons and Dragons. It's a great way to introduce new players to the game and can be lots of fun even for seasoned players. The adventure is best with a group of 4-5 players but if we can get at least 3 players we can begin playing. So if you're interested in learning the game or if you've been playing for years and just wanna have fun and hang out, come and join in and let's roll some dice!

Additional Details

How to prepare

Players will need a good microphone with decent quality. Discord will be used for voice and video (if desired). Have a webcam if you would like to use video but it is not necessary if you prefer not to. Players should also create a DND beyond account (free) and a Roll20 account (also free).

What I provide

Roll20 pro account, D&DBeyond Master subscription, Syrinscape account for soundscapes and music for ambiance, Pre-generated characters if needed.

Gameplay details

Players can expect a fun and safe environment for learning D&D 5e. As a DM my job is to make sure everyone at my table has a good time and that includes making everybody comfortable. In our first session (Session 0) we will not only be going over the basic rules and character creation, but we will also have a discussion about player and DM expectations. Also we will have an open discussion about lines and veils. What this means is that if there is subject matter that you don't feel comfortable with, you can mention it to me judgement free and I will not include it in our game. If speaking openly is not something that you're comfortable with you may also message me on discord about it privately. I want my players to feel included so that everyone has fun.

How will character creation work

Character creation will be done during Session 0. This way I can help anyone who is new or who just has any questions or is not sure what they should play. I will also have some pre-generated characters if anyone is overwhelmed with the character creation process.
