About the adventure

Welcome to the celebration of 50 years of Dungeons and Dragons! Deep in the Yatil Mountains lie the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, formerly occupied by the legendary archmage Iggwilv the Witch Queen. Though Iggwilv is long gone, her lair is anything but empty. Can you brave the threats within and find fortune before succumbing to danger? Descent into the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth is a classic adventure rebuilt for today's D&D Fifth Edition, for 9th level characters. This one shot will be in tournament mode, which means runs will be against the clock and scored. How will you fare, competing against hundreds of other players? Test your might today!

Additional Details

How to prepare

Microphone, in a relatively quiet environment is required. A decent PC and internet connection as well. Webcam is optional but highly preferred. It enhances communication significantly. You will be needing an account on D&D Beyond and Discord. (Both free) I will be providing access to a Discord server with detailed guides on all aspects of gameplay. Reading them is OPTIONAL, we will have time to go through everything together, during play. Please contact me in discord after you sign up to add you to the server or use the link provided in the prep material.

What I provide

Everything you will need for character creation on D&D Beyond Foundry VTT with automated Spells, Features, curated Maps, Dynamic Lighting and Ambience. A relaxed, safe and inclusive environment where you can have fun. Deep knowledge of the game and the drive to make all of your ideas (crazy or not) into reality.

Gameplay details

For our safety tools, we will be using Lines & Veils and the X,N,O card system inside Foundry VTT. We will be taking a 10 minute break at an appropriate point close to the middle of the session. There will be a zero tolerance policy on bullying, sexual harassment, racism, hate speech and prejudice. Those who do not abide by these standards will be kicked with no refund.

How will character creation work

Players who wish to have a headstart will have access to the entirety of the allowed character options on D&D Beyond, along with a detailed guide on how to do so. Pregenerated characters will also be available.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
