Learn Vampire the Dark Ages (V20) Combat!

About the adventure

A quick little one-shot for those of you, whether veterans of the game or absolute newbies, who want a chance to learn and master the ins and outs of combat in Vampire the Dark Ages (V20). We'll take about the mechanics, run some trial fights, and get everyone used to this side of the system. Things will start slow, but by the end of it you'll have a solid grasp over everything from the different weapons available, to manoeuvres, to the highly important multiple action rules. All of this will give you a definite edge versus the uninitiated.

How to prepare

Have a good mic and internet connection please, we all want to be able to hear one another. If you've got the book, having a read of the combat section ahead of time might be a good idea. Not required though, I'll be covering everything from the top. Make sure you've got Discord and Roll20 accounts. We'll be doing all our rolling via them.

What I provide

I've got an understanding of the system, a whole bunch of goons for you to beat up, and endless patience.

Gameplay details

We'll take a quick break every hour or so. Don't come into this expecting a story, plot, etc etc. This is purely a chance to learn the combat system and get into some fights.

How will character creation work

If you want to make a character using the rules in the book then feel free. I'll have a variety of foes of different strengths for you to practice against. If you don't want to make a character ahead of time I'll have some premade sheets you can use.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
