Have you ever heard of the Dimmer Sisters?" Blades in the Dark turns RPG planning on its head. It uses flashbacks and escalating consequences to let players engage in heists where no one knows what will happen, even though the scoundrels are in control the entire time. Until they aren't.

How to prepare

Roll20, Discord and microphone required. Video optional- I will be using it. Just show up on time ready to learn this great game! I'll send out some materials for people to peruse if they feel like it, but no pre-work is necessary.
