About the adventure
This is going to be a painting tutorial session for beginner painters as well as those who have never slapped paint onto a model. We will join each other to paint a player character mini, going over specific painting technics as well hobby tricks and when time allows, connect through past gaming experiences. This tutorial will focus on player character models, for those who sign up I will post beforehand what model I will be using for the tutorial but do not feel obligated to go out and find that specific model. The principles taught can be applied to almost any player character model so bring what models you have on hand or the recommended model for that session if you would like to.
Additional Details
How to prepare
Please bring a mic and camera. Get ahold of the mini intended for that session, a similar mini, or any miniature you have that you would like to paint. Have some acrylic paints and a paintbrush or two, they do not have to be fancy mini paints and brushes, they can be acrylic craft paint and any cheap brushes you can get ahold of. Also have a water cup, a plastic tray, and paper towels on hand. Optionally you can buy a spray primer to undercoat your minis (I highly recommend this step but it is not needed). If you have time beforehand please base coat your model with spray paint or black paint to save time during during the tutorial.
What I provide
When you sign up I will provide you with links to different materials and supplies you might ask for as well as to the intended mini for that session.
