Kids On Brooms: Entry to Wizardry

About the adventure

This One-Shot (with a possible campaign should players be interested) is an introduction to the Kids On Brooms, the system used in the short campaign "Misfits and Magic" by Dimension 20. The system is very free-form and can make way to some very interesting characters. The setting of this particular game will take place at a magical academy, disconnected from the normal world. You, along with a few others, find yourselves brought together from various walks of life to enroll in this academy of the magically gifted. However, there is turmoil in the magical world....

Additional Details

How to prepare

A microphone is generally required, as well as a Discord account for when we get together to have a session. If you want to read the Kids On Brooms book beforehand or try to create a character, that will be fine.

What I provide

I will be bringing my PDF copy of the Kids On Brooms book to share if someone does not have or cannot buy the book, as well as my own Foundry VTT client, which provides everything else like dice and digital character sheets.

Gameplay details

As is the style of the system, combat is fast and tense, should it need to happen.

Session 0

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen during the Session 0, which will be free. There, I will explain how the system works on a basic level as well as share a few things with you, such as the Foundry VTT link.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
