About the adventure

Hello! i'm an experienced DM with 10 years of dnd under my belt and a whole lot of creativity i'm ready to deliver to you and your friends! I'm looking to Run Curse of strahd for a party of 4-6 for around 2-4 hours (players choice) on Roll20. Time slots are all pretty much open, so i'm pretty happy to work with people on when we play. Barovia is a gothic horror setting in 5th edition dungeons and dragons, and while it does have a LOT of dark themes, i tend to keep things fairly light. I can do my best to ham up spookiness but for those concerned about triggers i'm happy to ease up where i can. TONS of books available in my compendium for races,subclasses and backgrounds including some TOH options, though their spells are going to be off limits.

Additional Details

How to prepare

just have a microphone, and access to the Roll20.net website. having access to a PC is preferable as this game is not meant to be purely theatre of the mind. Knowing the rules ahead of time will ALWAYS make things better for everyone, but it's totally acceptable to be brand new and i'll do my best to accommodate. If you'd prefer to play with cameras on and the group wants that it's fine, but not necessary. We will Also be using Discord for voice chat.

What I provide

i'm bringing custom maps, unique gameplay experiences and a a fun fresh take on this long standing classic DnD setting. I also offer a server for everyone to go over plot details, chat both in game and between games, and just have a fun and safe community atmosphere in general.

Gameplay details

First we'll have a session 0 to all get on the same page, discuss character ideas and goals for the game. once we go through all that together and youve sent a private list of lines and areas youre not comfortable with we can get right to it!

How will character creation work

starting at level one with a quick rise to 3, we'll make them together using Roll20 during session 0 or if you use a dnd beyond extension that's ok too as long as i can see the sheet.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
