Dungeons & Dragons 5e on Discord, Roll20
About the adventure
Welcome to the world of Iradorth my homebrew world filled with hidden wonder and adventures. Explore the southern islands of the Darkscale sea to the northern tundra of the Everglacier or maybe explore the mysterious events of the Collapse, the event that weakened connections between the prime materiel and the gods of the outer planes.
How to prepare
Players need to bring a computer and microphone, get setup in Discord, and maybe have ideas for the type of character they’d like to play before the first session.
What I provide
The complete Roll20 suite of tools and resources, ambient music, and plenty of opportunities for adventure and stories.
this campaign features a mix of all aspects of D&D. There will be exploration, diplomacy, combat, and puzzles - we can adjust the ratios according to the group's preferences. We'll be using the built-in Roll20 module for maps, lighting, resources and more. We'll use a combination of strategic combat using gridded maps, and some narrative, theater-of-the-mind combat when appropriate. Roleplay is required. You don't have to creatively voice-act as your character (I can't do voices very well myself) - but acting as your character in terms of behaviors, decisions, values (just to name a few), is essential. This game is beginner-friendly and, due to some graphic themes and concepts, open to players 18 and older!

How will character creation work
Characters may be created before the first session, but I will run a session 0 to answer any questions, make sure everyone is comfortable with Roll20, and work to ensure there are meaningful ties to the story for their character. We can collaborate on backstories before session 0, and ideally those will be buttoned up before session 1.
