Intro to my TRPG experience

About the adventure

This game is for anyone who likes TRPGs! I don't really have themes but I do have settings. The setting for this particular game is Tsushima. I like characters to have more freedom. I don't tell them what they can and can't do for the most part unless it's not feasible for example: A character can't jump 100 feet in the air. The players don't have to ask me if they can do something simple like looking in a barrel they can tell me what they did and I will tell them what (if anything) they have discovered.

How to prepare

Players should ideally have a webcam and mic. Rules will be explained before game session starts. Characters need to be created. no software needed except for the chrome extension of google hangouts. Since these games are virtual I expect everyone has their own materials for gameplay.

What I provide

since this is virtual players can print out or draw what their characters look like if they'd like to. Maps will not be provided as this is a virtual game and no one will be able to see the map at all times.

How will character creation work

Character creation is typical of D&D however you are allowed to mix and match classes and races (no more than 2) and backgrounds are optional. Characters should be created prior to the game. Every character will start out at level 1.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
