About the adventure

Experience heroic fantasies of fighting a dragon, discovering deep seeded plots of a shadowy organization, or just help a farmer with their crops, this adventure is completely yours to navigate! Will you brave the fight against the mighty dragon, or will you leave Phandalin to their fate and find something more interesting to you? The choice is yours.

How to prepare

This will be run primarily through discord with voice and camera, I will have mine on, but it can be optional if you do not wish to show your face. Your character sheet should be used on d&d beyond or printed out to have at the ready. Digital Dice or physical dice + honor system is all I ask. Occasionally I will use roll 20 for big combat encounters-- but expect a lot of detailed explanations and theatre of the mind. Additionally I would love if for each character had a two-three paragraph summary of who their character is, and what they find themselves doing in the city of Phandalin, before the adventure begins.

What I provide

I will have my own physical dice I will be rolling, and occasionally will be sharing my screen to show maps in the moment. I have access to a lot (not all) official dungeons content and monster manual that I will pull from. I will be loosely sticking to the source material and may deviate depending on the wishes and details the players give.

Gameplay details

Players can expect time dedicated to the actions and combat, and medium -light rules. A ruling may be made in one session and upon reflection, I may decide that I don't agree with it and address it in the group as a whole, but that won't happen a ton. A Google Doc will be sent out for Aftercare, and any Stars and Wishes you would want to inform me of. They will be optionally anonymous and only used to be sure that I can create a safe gaming space and a fun experience for everyone.

How will character creation work

An invite to dndbeyond and a session 0 either with the whole group, or one on one so you can build your character and ask questions. Have a rough idea of how you want your character to play, and we can go into detail about how that can work.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
