About the adventure

In this one-shot, a party of goblins will attempt to stop an adventuring party from completing their quest to prevent them from getting the EXP. Sent on this heinous quest by their troll leader "Pretty" the party must attempt to stop and take apart this adventuring party while they are on a quest. Everyone will be at level 5, the entire party will be creating a goblin character. The setting and theme of this game will be rather quirky and fun, letting go of some of some of the rules when it leads to fun situations.

Additional Details

How to prepare

You will need a DnDBeyond account to create you character. Wait for me to give you a campaign link, then create your character in that campaign. I can share all my digitally acquired books with the entire party so all necessary content will be unlocked for you. You will also need a Discord account and a working Mic. (if the entire party agrees we can also play with webcams on)

What I provide

When the entire party is together we will talk about things like rolling online with a tool like DnDBeyond, a discord bot or something of the like. (rolling your own dice is also on the list of possibilities)

Gameplay details

As the setting will be rather light and wacky I don't expect much of the safety tools will be necessary but I always use them. Before the session starts we will discuss the lines and veils to see if any apply for the one shot. You can always send me a message directly if you are not comfortable with sharing your lines or veils openly with the group. I always play with the open door safety tool, if you need a break you can take it. We are playing a game to have fun, part of the responsibility is in your hands to ensure that this happens. As a DM I always try to get a break in somewhere around the halfway part of the session, this way everyone can get themselves ready for the second part. Even the DM needs to go to a bathroom sometimes!

How will character creation work

Character creation is something you will do by yourselves, I'll set a few parameters, in this specific case you will have to create a level 5 Goblin character, classes are all free picks and more info will follow when the party is complete.
