    About the adventure

This is the Saltmarsh campaign and we will be going from levels 1 till death or we reign over the campaign. It all depends on teamwork and gameplay. We love new people as much as we like experienced. I would prefer like players to help keep the game to flow at a normal rate. Newer members are preferred but not necessary. Saltmarsh is a small shipping town that now thanks to King Kimbertos Skotti turning his eye towards it is growing rapidly. The townspeople are not fans of the kings new interest in their small town, they want to be left to their own devices. They want to make money they way they always have. The new people that have come to town have found money easy to come by with new shipping routes thanks to the kings guard cutting back on the pirates down here. The kings influence is helping some and hurting others financially as well as socially. If something isn't done to smooth things over all hell could break loose. What will you choose to do? Help the townspeople? Help the king expand and make Saltmarsh a great thriving city? Or will you find a way to do both or none and still stay alive long enough to tell your story? I leave that up to you all to decide. What shall it be? Lets start fresh in this world and see what we can do to move this story forward and upward.

    How to prepare

A mic is necessary to start, a set of dice if you are not digitally rolling. A notebook and pencil. Maybe a laptop or tablet. Phones are kind of small and a pain in the butt. But definitely up to you. A printout of your sheet is always great but again is not necessary.

    What I provide

I bring all Source books from DnD Beyond, dice, minis, tokens, potions, spell cards, monster cards, maps and so much more. I bring what I think is needed because I never know what each group is going to do.

    Gameplay details

This game will be fun and open. We like serious moments as much as some comedic relief. I like when we can have the ability to have both sides. Being in character is a plus and voices aren't necessary but fun. As well as character quirks. Having a 2 foot Tabaxi or a tall thin Dwarf I am ok with it as long as you give me some backstory to feed off of in the story. Your character is in this world and we want the world to know who you all are. Lets have fun and level up and show the world what you can do.

    How will character creation work

Characters can be rolled and created beforehand. Standard array or roll 4D6 7 times and drop the lowest of each. (If everyone comes to the table with max stats or multiple max stats we will reroll all stats at the table.) No need to power game. Your character will still be amazing with the proper rolled stats. We can create it at the beginning of the session or ahead of time if needs be. I also enjoy each character having a flaw. Something that might hurt the party but you cant help it because that's who your character is. Such as afraid of dragons, easily distracted by shiny things, or you just cannot lie. It may hurt at some point but the roleplay is usually amazing and way more fun.
