GHOSTS OF SALTMARSH

About the adventure

Nestled on the coast of the Azure Sea is Saltmarsh, a sleepy fishing village that sits on the precipice of destruction. Smugglers guide their ships to hidden coves, willing to slit the throat of anyone foolhardy enough to cross their path. Cruel sahuagin gather beneath the waves, plotting to sweep away coastal cities. Drowned sailors stir to unnatural life, animated by dark magic and sent forth in search of revenge. The cult of a forbidden god extends its reach outward from a decaying port, hungry for fresh victims and willing recruits. While Saltmarsh slumbers, the evils that seek to plunder it grow stronger. Heroes must arise to keep the waves safe!

How to prepare

A mic would be needed. DNDBeyond account with the extension Beyond20, discord and roll20 account would also be needed, all are FREE. Basic knowledge of rules will be useful but not necessary as I can clarify any rule. Please have a character ready before session 1

How will character creation work

Players will start at level 1 with 1 uncommon magic item and 1 additional non stat increasing feat feat (variant humans will have 2 total). Standard array and point buy are ideal but you can roll for stats if you wish with a video chat over discord.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
