About the adventure

Duskwall, the corrupt haunted city of the Immortal King’s Imperial rule. The Rich indulge in the good life, in the world with a shattered sun, while the Poor suffer in toil and die unnoticed and exploited. In a world with the broken gate to the underworld, the characters are scoundrels at the bottom of society. Having had enough of the crushing engine of Duskwall, they turn to crime against those of the city to survive...and maybe even thrive. Blades in the Dark is a Powered by the Apocalypse game that focuses on a crew of scoundrels. In the game characters will be pulling off scores while risking stress, heat, and the ire of other factions of the city; all the while developing their characters and crew. Will you rise to the heights of the elite or be destroyed? Will they leave lasting change in the city or rot in Iron Hook? Grab your Spiritbane Charm, hide your blade, and I will see you at the table.

How to prepare

Have a Discord and Roll20 account. Both will be needed. As well as a microphone. Camera is optional.

What I provide

Knowledge of the game system, prepped and evolving world, and a will to entertain.

Each session will likely include a score, pay off, downtime and free play segments. Safety and X cards will be available as safety tools.

How will character creation work

There will be a session 0 will be the first session to build the crew and characters. Should someone join after that, then I will schedule a time to help them assemble a character. For those that do not wish to make characters, I can provide a pregenerated character at the ready to try. Those that pay for a seat at the table for session 0 will get discount of the session back over the next two sessions.
