About the adventure
Hello. New to hosting online games. Would like to run a continuous Forgotten Realms Pathfinder 2nd edition game starting in the Sunset Mountains region of the Western Heatlands. This will be an ongoing Forgotten Realms game set in Toril. This is not a one shot game, but an ongoing campaign. I will be running the Forgotten Reals setting to the best of my knowledge and ability. My goal is to give life to an ongoing campaign world that is NOT a walk through adventure, but a living world where anything can happen. Characters will start at level 1and can be any character class or race from the Pathfinder rulebook. I would prefer no monstrous or high CR races. If so you will start as a 0 level member of that race and have an effective level of their ecl. Any monster characters are expected to roleplay their character as their monster's race and will have any advantages or disadvantages associated with it. ( i.e drow are both hated and feared in a lot of Toril. Doppelgangers might get exposed, killed or enslaved by wizards or powerful monster hunters or adventurers. The adventurers will be starting off in the frontier town of Hill's Edge of the Sunset Vale.

We will be using a discord server to communicate and using roll20.net so you will have to be registered for both of those.

Gameplay details
Session 0 - We will be having an introductory session for the first players and discuss how the game will be played. Content - Content will be at some times rated R as we are dealing with very bad guys, outerplanar demons, evil gods and goddesses, etc.. Although evil themes will pop up, it will for the most part be tastefully done or suggested and there will be nothing too graphic or gruesome. You may leave the game at any time with no prejudice or harassment.

How will character creation work
Characters can be rolled during the first session on the roll20 platform. You will roll 4d6 12 times, keeping the best 5 rolls and the lowest! This will make it so some of the characters may have some weaknesses that are more realistic then all above average stats. This can make for some entertaining roleplaying.
