About the adventure

My game is set in the homebrew world of Gradion. Lush with life, magic, dungeons and dragons! The fourth age has begun. Eight swords of unbridled power have fallen from the skies, devastating the center of the continent of Alerin. Eight heroes quested to the site and retrieved the swords becoming the eight kings of Gradion. Since the inception of the kingdoms a peace has held firm, but recently one of the kings has disappeared with his sword and yet another has died with twin sons who, even now, battle for the unoccupied throne. The peace of the realms sit on the edge of a blade as different groups try to tip the world to war. Choose your side and prepare to face your destiny.

How to prepare

Webcam and microphone are useful, but not necessary. Typing in roll20 or Discord is fine, as long as the player responds within a reasonable amount of time. I prefer characters to be created in D&D Beyond with Beyond 20 installed for online play. If/when we reach a time where we can go in person, bringing a character sheet, whether on a tablet or a piece of paper doesn't matter, is important. Dice can be provided.

What I provide

For digital games, I have a massive world broken into many parts for use in roll20. As for in person, I have maps, Dwarven Forge, hundreds of minis, more dragons than have ever been seen in one place. Some print outs of maps for players to take home, often times I will gift players that last for more than a few sessions with things like dice jails, specific minis

Gameplay details

This game is a high fantasy setting, which means no guns. It is a mix of equal parts combat, stealth and roleplaying. I am open for communication and always check in with my players after the games. Any safety tools you would prefer are open to use at my "table."

How will character creation work

Character creation can happen during session 0 or players may use the standard array of skill points to create a character prior to session 0 and I will make sure all is well. Short backstories are also welcome.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
