Fallen Kingdom, Dragonhearted
Dungeons & Dragons 5e, Dungeons & Dragons 3/3.5e, Homebrew Game on Discord, Tabletop Simulator
About the adventure
If you were a Minecraft nerd like me you likely new about the music series that started with a parody of Viva La Vida titled Fallen Kingdom. Well I've felt inspired to make a game based off that. Your characters will start at level one or low power level depending on what system is used, but you will have Minecraft mechanics and mobs involved. You'll be allowed spellcasting, though it might be different. Otherwise expect high adventure with gritty reality and epic boss fights with immersive roleplay.
How to prepare
Have first level character concepts, and backgrounds set. Discuss with me in discord about them if need be. No need for a webcam, though it wouldn't hurt. If we do play in my homebrew system (which is better equipped for a game like this) I'll have a PDF for you to download for you character sheet, you may print it if you like, but is not required a simple PDF editor will suffice.
What I provide
I play theatre of mind mostly, but I'm working on getting TTSim to work for tactics. Dice will be rolled in Discord. I might also get custom minis in TTSim in the future.
So you shouldn't expect too much roleplay from NPCs at the start, but there will be more as the adventure progresses. You'll be starting in the Fallen Kingdom and escape as it is falling. You'll go into survival and it'll largely be sandbox for a few in-game years. As you attain a higher level, you'll start seeing some plothooks to bring the story into greater focus and we'll see what happens. *Note the video link is to the music video series this game is inspired from.

How will character creation work
For the most part you'll be level one, I wont allow warlocks, paladins, or clerics. Sorcerers and wizards might be nerfed in some areas, but they might excel in others. This also up to debate. You may talk to me and if you provide a good enough argument of how I can include them in the minecraft world, I'll give you the ok.
Players can expect
- Combat/Tactics: High
- Roleplay: Medium
- Puzzles: High
- Experience Level: Open to all
