About the adventure

Gundren Rockseeker, an old treasure hunter, has discovered something big, big enough to take him and his brothers out of retirement. “Meet me in Phandalin”, those words will ring in your brains forever. Play as a group of adventurers as we explore the world of Faerûn. Here you’ll meet a plethora of interesting and unique characters, battle formidable foes, and acquire a dragon's hoard of loot. While we will be dipping into pre-written modules all story beats and characters have been changed to suit both the players and my personal DM style. Will your heroes save Faerûn from disaster, will evil litches, cultists, and dragons get the best of you? You are one of the heroes bound by fate. Bards will sing of your deeds for centuries to come... if you survive. An Epic Campaign. Join with other heroes to undertake an epic quest to save the world, sail the islands of the Sword Coast, and battle the Cult of the Dragon! Roll the Dice. All choices good or bad will be decided by the party and their repercussions will have a long lasting effect on the overarching campaign. Master the Arcane. Manifest the weave with homebrewed rules, ally with or oppose the many factions and NPCs you will encounter along the journey, Learn about your friends along the way, and unravel the mystery of Gundrens puzzle box. Colorful Characters. In the tradition of our favorite RPG video games, there is a colorful cast of villains and companion characters that you will encounter on your adventure. We will be playing on FoundryVTT, if you’re new to this I will be staying behind after session 0 to teach you all about it.
