About the adventure

A mechanical creation on the loose. A government agency unable to control it. And the only ones brave enough -- or dumb enough -- to face it. Set in a steampunk universe, this one shot will test your wits, problem solving, and combat prowess. Each session is tailored for the players, so you'll never play the same thing twice!

How to prepare

Please come in with mic and camera. I like to play with cameras on so that we can see each other and roleplay more natural. Please have at least a passing familiarity with the rules. If you're a newcomer, let me know! Everyone must have their own Roll20 account.

What I provide

Afterwards, I'll send your party a dramatic retelling of the adventure. You'll be forever enshrined in the history books!

Gameplay details

At the start of the session, the GM and players will go over the Lines and Veils document together and fill it out via Google Docs. At the end of the session, we will wrap a few minutes early to talk about the game, and talk about what worked and what didn't. Feel free to add Stars (things you liked) and Wishes (things you wished happened.) This makes me a better DM, and makes our games in the future more fun for everyone!

How will character creation work

Players should come in with Level 5 characters created before hand (unless we confirm a different level!) I will have premade characters for anyone who does not have a character that you may choose from!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
