Epic Encounters: Shrine of the Kobold Queen (Level 10 5E One Shot)

About the adventure

The kobolds believe in a new world born of fire and blood, and will destroy anything in their path to claim it. Face their vicious warriors, seek out their dreaded queen, and prevent their prophecy from coming to pass! You will be provided pre-generated Level 10 characters to choose from before we get started but once we kick off it will be fact-paced and combat heavy. Descriptive combat encouraged, but not required! Beginners welcome as well as anyone and everyone of all different walks of life. Please come ready to be respectful of your fellow players and your DM.

How to prepare

Microphone is required for voice chat on Discord but video is completely optional. You will be able to choose from a set of pre-generated characters that have online character sheets provided. Dice can be rolled either: in person (physical dice), in owlbear.rodeo, or in a separate virtual dice roller - your choice!

What I provide

As the DM I will provide the character sheets, the maps in a VTT, the story and all NPC's.

Gameplay details

This is a combat heavy encounter but the game itself is still a safe space. If at any point the interactions at the table make you uncomfortable please feel free to DM me with an "X" and I can help re-direct. If you feel you need to leave at any point, please do so and please let me know so we can work out some sort of refund if applicable. We will take a 10 minute break around the halfway point as well.

How will character creation work

Characters will be pre-generated at Level 10. There will be a total of 8 characters to choose from and only one person can choose each character and there will be some not used.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
