About the adventure

Sharn, the City of Towers! Oh what a sight it is over the plains of Khorvaire! The sights! The sounds! The... *yawn* Something has gone wrong in the magical metropolis of Sharn. People have been having trouble sleeping, and when they can manage a night's rest - their dreams are grim and troubling. Conveniently enough, a new drug with all the answers has been making its way up through the layers. Somnia, marketed as "Dreams in a Bottle!" has been a successful remedy for those willing to pay to fix their problems. Something doesn't seem right about this, and the local government has given money to the adventurers guilds to find out who's behind it all. This is an original campaign concept that will take you from the bustling city of Sharn, to the monserous streets of Drooam, and maybe - if you're unfortunate enough - into the depths of Dal Quor itself. Eberron is a magic-rich setting that excels in pulp and noir. One minute you could be swash-buckling across giant elemental-powered air ships, and the next getting dirty in the streets trying to solve a cold-case murder. It's a fantastical setting that I run enthusiastically. This campaign if not completely written out, and so the level range is undetermined. We will start at level 3, with the potential to go all the way to 20.

Additional Details

How to prepare

Players are required to have a mic. A webcam would be nice, but not required. Previous knowledge of 5e is not required! A Discord account and Roll20 account are needed (both are free). Any printouts are optional if they assist you during play, and it's recommended to have a way to take basic notes.

What I provide

I will bring art and maps to play with, as well as subscriptions to Roll20 to provide as much accessibility and fun as possible. I often try to go the extra mile when I find an opportunity to surprise and delight, so anything goes!

Gameplay details

Gameplay will be a combination of Discord and Roll20. I will have a document set up to keep track of Lines, Veils, and other safety information. Safety cards are included in Roll20. During session 0 we will discuss the exact scope of the campaign that we're interested in exploring and decide what aspects of it we are most interested in.
