D&D: Whispers of a Raven

About the adventure

Running from fate, searching for knowledge, and every night, the whispers in dreams. That was life for the Half-Elf, Velm, until fate dealt her a new hand. Fleeing from her previous mentor, Velm was looking for any way to leave the realm she was in. So when she stumbled upon a strange portal, she threw caution to the winds and leapt through. Bright lights, flashes of colors, a constant roar of thunder, Velm tumbled through the dimensional portal. After what seemed like an eternity, Velm finally came out the other end of the portal, landing in a strange forest, in a strange land, in an unknown world, and her magics aren't working. Now Velm needs to discover how her powers are supposed to work in this new world, while trying to survive and stay one step ahead of her hunter; the very person who taught and raised her; her previous mentor. This is a Custom D&D 5E Game, requested by the player, to play and further explore their character, Velm. We're starting the character off at 5th level and seeing just how far we can take her. While simultaneously, I'll be introducing the Player to my custom Fantasy realm; Draco-Terramada.

How to prepare

Player will need a Roll20 login, as well as at least a mic/headset (which they already have).

What I provide

I will be providing everything needed for play, aside from the character, which the player already has.

Gameplay details

We'll be using the D&D 5E rules, with some homebrew additions, in my custom campaign setting. We'll be using Roll20.net for the platform, utilizing it for maps, effects, music, dice rolls, and maintaining characters.

How will character creation work

The Player already has the character generated, though wants to add some homebrew/UA material to it, with GM approval.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
