About the adventure

You've been given a map, a carriage, and the promise of a reward upon delivering the crate to someone called "the Whitefire Arcanist." The crate is large, heavy, magically sealed, and only occasionally rattles while emitting an eerie keening sound. This job should be simple... right? Welcome to the official Quickstart Adventure for Critical Role's Daggerheart. Here you can learn to play the world's newest TTRPG! You have a variety of unique races, classes, backgrounds, and skills to choose from that combine in interesting ways to create a memorable and fun experience for new players and veterans alike. The Duality Dice system provides a fresh perspective on rolling — making it a treat for D&D players, yet at the same time, it's simple enough for new players to pick up in no time. During this one-shot, you'll learn the basics of Daggerheart and get an introduction to roleplaying with this exciting new narrative-first system. How will character creation work

Players should create their characters on demiplane.com and then share the link to their character sheet. I will be assisting players with character creation to make sure everyone has a good understanding of the system.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
