Cyberpunk Red in the Lion City

About the adventure

The jackbooted police in the Lion City also known as Singapore are facing a fresh wave of violence coming out of the Combat Zone. Arasaka, Merrill, Asukaga and Finch and other Corpo scum are threatening to spill their own fresh brand of hell onto the immaculate streets of the Lion City. Elsewhere, Maelstrom, Tyger Claws and all other types of Boosters are chomping on the chrome to establish their own new world order. Chromed-out and high on Black Lace, these dangerous gangers blur the line between Corpo and Triad. It's a dangerous time in the Lion City and where's danger, there's opportunity to get real fuckin' rich.

Additional Details

How to prepare

The game will be played on Discord and potential players will need a microphone to play. Part of joining the campaign is a one-time 2 hour one-shot with me to introduce the game and style. The platform of choice will be Foundry and all potential players need is a browser such as Chrome or Firefox with Hardware Acceleration enabled. (Don't worry, I'll help with this.) Finally, a sourced picture of your potential character is needed to represent your character on Foundry.

What I provide

Journal handouts, Maps and Music will be handled on both Foundry and Discord. The in-game diary will be hosted online for future reference.

Gameplay details

Cyberpunk Red as a system is based heavily on the despotic and dystopic sci-fi world of the Lion City. Themes will include 1. Mild Gore 2. Sexual Themes including references to sexual activity and romance (not sexual violence) 3. Transhumanism (Replacing of the human body with technology and cybernetics) 4. Gang and Drug activity 5. Corporate and Govermental Malfeasance

How will character creation work

Character creation is based on a provided Excel Spreadsheet with modified Homebrew rules on the Economy and some changes to how the game is run to better represent my style. Players will make characters based on 1. 6000 EB Gear Budget (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HBCCof9Nz2pu-2jgZvk1ujFWw4jIX2bIToM9ASMkm84/edit?usp=sharing) 2. 1200 Fashion Budget (Based on the CPR Core Rulebook) 3. 62 Point Stat Buy on Complete Package 4. 86 Point Skill Buy on Compelte Package 5. Rolling on Lifepath is optional but a character with a background will greatly help in making a character that fits the setting.

Players can expect
