This is a Custom Template for players wanting to play with DM Ernesto Madrigal. This is a template for running modules or premade adventures where players will have an opportunity to run their characters through a variety of adventures and situations.

How to prepare

Players will need a mic for discord audio as well as internet availability to Roll20 for battle maps. To make things easiest for players new to Roll20 it is highly recommended that players use beyond20 chrome extension to connect their dndbeyond character that you will create with the battlemap system of Roll20. For digital games those two accounts dndbeyond and roll20 plus the chrome extension of beyond20 will connect it all for you. Besides those things players should be familiar with game mechanics for their character and d&d 5e but not experts.

What I provide

I will be brining full access to all dndbeyond core rule books and well as a full pro account to roll20. With these to online systems you will have dice, rules, and battlemaps all provided.

Gameplay details

We will be using dungeon and dragons 5e rules as per the official released books. The only preparation players are asked to do is come into the the game at start with a prepared character and a positive attitude ready to work as a team to succeed in the game. The party will come in with an intro and chance to describe their character as the party begins the adventure and the DM sets up the hook. The games are usually set up as a mix of exploration, adventuring and combat but adjust as the party figures out the style of game play that works best for them. Combat is meant to be challenging and creative but not impossible.

How will character creation work

Characters will be level 8 and created on dndbeyond where I will provide a link with access to all the core rule books for use. It is expected that players come into the game with characters premade so that we can all start on time and take full advantage of the allotted time for the session. If you have any questions or need any help preparing the character the I make my self available up to 48 hours before the game for assistance and will log on to the discord voice channel 30mins to an hour before game to help as well.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
