About the adventure

The Epic Adventure is designed to allow the players to create their ideal characters and to step into the role of the Heroes of the realm. Set in the humble town of Helmstad (a homebrew setting), this narrative centered adventure is intended for 4-6 players and will be inclusive to those with little to no D&D/TTRPG experience. There will be no expectations for roleplay, only a positive attitude and an open mind. My priorities for this adventure is for you to use your imagination to the fullest extent while having the most fun possible. You focus on the magic, I’ll focus on the rules and math. The setting of Helmstad is a small town on the edge of the province of Anonkhal. An incredible evil reveals itself there and threatens to wipe out all life in the realm. You’ll make new allies, fight challenging foes and explore the unknown to defeat the darkness that plagues the land. This adventure is intended for levels 1-10. Any levels past that will become another Sequel Adventure. These sessions are intended to occur: Once a week, or twice a month. Please message me your preference and we’ll go from there! Once you sign up for the campaign, I'll schedule a free session 0 in groups of 2-3 to iron out characters, introduce you to Tableplop, and play D&D. This will give us an opportunity to get to know each other. After that we'll have weekly discussions to gauge your satisfaction, session ideas, and session updates. How to prepare

Think of generally what kind of character you are really excited about becoming. I want to make your vision come alive. It would be good to look up the rules to D&D 5e ahead of time but, don't worry about it. Once were playing, I will guide you on what you can do, just focus on the moment. You may need to install discord, everything else is free and on web browser.

Gameplay details

When you play here's what you can expect: Role play, exploration, combat. Role Play: Highly encouraged to think like how your character would think. You don't need fancy words or accents, being yourself is totally acceptable. In-game dialogue is preferred. Exploration- Tableplop, I can drop in a plethora of maps and have them ready depending where the players decide to go. Included is Tableplop's Drag and drop play style which makes exploration a Breeze. Combat- Table plop offers organic and customizable Character Sheet options that isn't restricted by pre-made programs or software. No experience needed, I can always offer to control your character so that you can be in the moment while I handle all the numbers. The game itself will be handled on a web browser that can display maps, tokens, character sheets, and more. We will be using discord for verbal communication.

How will character creation work

Characters can be pre-generated by me, you can build them yourself, or ask me about booking a session 0 for building characters.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
