Curse of Strahd - Death House (Intro Adventure)

About the adventure

This is the intro one-shot for the Curse of Strahd module. The way that it is written, there is a high likelihood of TPKs. We will use Roll20 and Discord for audio. When you receive the invite to Roll20, there will be several blank character sheets in game. You can create your character sheet in there using these base ability scores: 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8. This is a long game. Sometimes it runs 6 hours.

How to prepare

Mic is required and a free discord account for audio. Dice is provided on Roll20, also free account. No books necessary. A free set of player rules can be downloaded here: http://media.wizards.com/2018/dnd/downloads/DnD_BasicRules_2018.pdf

What I provide

Roll20 will have dice for your use. I will provide maps and tokens. I can pick your character illustration. All you need to bring is a character concept.

Gameplay details

Mostly exploring and fighting. Create level 1 characters in Roll20 using the stats posted in there.

How will character creation work

Level 1. Stats are 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8. There are blank sheets waiting for PCs in the Roll20 game.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
