About the adventure

The party has been forced into the courtroom where they will face trial, but for what? As far as they were aware none of them had done anything considerably wrong…lately. From across the room you spot the jury slowly smiling at you, do they know something you don’t? Are you here to decide another’s fate and defend them until their last breath? No one is to be trusted in the twists and turns ahead but can you all find means to band together and face what comes? The risks are large, but the rewards are so much larger! Legends have began to surface the world, things long forgotten arise. But to begin, that's the least of your worries

How to prepare

All I ask is you bring your welcoming attitude, a character sheet or dndbeyond tab open ready to create a new character and a mic. If you feel comfortable being on camera please do so, I love seeing people's reactions to the shock or twists of their backstory. No pressure if this is not something you're comfortable doing. I have a rule sheet of what I expect from each player that I hand out upon session 0. If you do not agree to the rules in place I will not DM the game. Example of a rule included- I seduce this npc, you're successful after your rolls and repeated efforts to sway them- fade to black. No one needs to hear details of this.

What I provide

Dice can be rolled either online, or irl. We're all human so it's a trust thing of you using irl dice but if I later believe you to be fudging rolls I will ask you kindly to move to the online dnd beyond die or another variation of online dice.

Gameplay details

Session 0 will not be charged or count towards the session cost, but instead be organised to create a safe space for everyone to enjoy the world created. Anything off limits will be taken note of and be ensured in every way to not come to face. I enjoy creating a gritty world with real problems for the party to be tasked with. My intention will never be to offend or bring to light someone's triggers as a result of this. In my many years as a DM, I've had people change their mind mid session from just from an introduction to something and immediately shut it down. My number one rule is too ensure EVERYONE at my table feels safe without concern of real life issues. Dnd is a safe space for many people, never be afraid to talk to me on what you find acceptable, even mid session. I am the story teller but the world is yours to play with.

How will character creation work

level 3 is typically a solid start point for my PC's (player characters) unless a new player is being introduced. As for rulings of stats, I typically have each person roll 4d6 drop the lowest. If the party requests something else such as manual rolls or point buy, I'm okay with the preferred method.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
