About the adventure

Deep within the mystical lands of Eldoria, the dark wizard Conaing has emerged as a formidable force of chaos and malevolence. Conaing, notorious for his insatiable hunger for power, has crafted a towering citadel that defies the laws of reality. This arcane edifice, aptly named Conaing's Tower, is capable of teleporting across the land, leaving devastation and ruin in its wake. As the tower materializes in a new territory, its arrival triggers a calamitous event. It materializes suddenly like a malevolent shadow. Releasing Conaing's minions—nightmarish creatures spawned from the darkest recesses of his twisted mind. Like a relentless swarm of locusts, they scour the land, pillaging resources and capturing innocent souls. Driven by an insatiable hunger for power, Conaing seeks to amass an arsenal of rare artifacts and ancient relics. It is rumored that these objects, when combined with the tower's enigmatic core, will grant Conaing unimaginable dominion over Eldoria, enabling him to reshape the world according to his malevolent desires. As the heroes of Eldoria, your quest begins when Conaing's tower suddenly materializes near your village, setting off a desperate race against time. With each relocation, Conaing grows stronger and more formidable, acquiring greater resources and followers to fuel his dark ambitions. Will you answer the call? DND 5e +18 new players welcome Mini-campaign (5-6 game sessions) . the game can continue after that if players wish i have listed 3 gaming platforms or VTTs (virtual table tops) as options. its entirely up to the players which they want to use roll20 , by far the most popular VTT, its a 2D map and token system (free) AboveVTT, extremely similar to roll20, but it integrates with DNDbeyond and allows in game rolls from the player's character sheets. i also find this to be more user friendly (free) Tale Spire, a 3D VTT in which players explore a video game like world while playing DnD. This is far and away my preferred VTT to play on, but it cost about 20 dollars from steam. and each player would need a copy. ($24) https://talespire.com/ i would like this to be a weekly game (if schedules allow) meeting one night a week, my current availability: Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sun. any time after

How to prepare

players will need a good mic if you need help creating a character, or just want me to make one for you please reach out to me prior to game night and we can discuss what you might be interested in playing. Don't worry about being new to the game, we all started somewhere.

What I provide

i bring DnD love and experience. along with experience running games on various virtual platforms. happy to help with character building. character backstories. and a love of telling stories with others. DnD is a creative story telling experience that we all tell together. Ive put together a little tower climb "mildly inspired by anime" with a big bad wizard at its top. and he just showed up on your door step. What will you do?

How will character creation work

I am happy to use DnD beyond. But i do not require it. players can make characters in anyway they choose. point buy for stats. if you don't know what that means or how to build a character at all that's totally fine. we can set up some time prior to the game to discuss what character you might like to play.
