About the adventure

Thirnan of Cielo, a young elf, has set out on his journey to prove himself. In his travels he stumbled upon a rather potent magical artifact and texts he could barely decipher. Now, a year later, he has arrived in Agia with newfound insight - and is on the search for capable adventurers. He managed to find out the location his artifact must be from, but is himself too busy analyzing and studying to go to the (probably dangerous) ruins. Instead, he is asking around in taverns and bars for some folk that wouldn't mind risking their lives in the name of science (or money, glory, bragging rights, you name it). That's where you come in... This game happens in a homebrew world of mine, which has been in the works and actively played in for over three years. Theres seldom anything truly black and white here, but its all in all a world filled with just as much laughter than grief. Cold Embers will be focused on dungeons, mystery and roleplay, with a good amount of engaging combat sprinkled in.

How to prepare

Microphones are required, so are webcams. Its all in all easier to convey emotion through video! Its always good to know the rules before playing and I´d happily help to guide you along both before and in the sessions. Because we play online in The Forge, you only need to make an account there and get a little familiar with Foundry VTT, but I´ll be importing your character for you, no problem!

What I provide

I will be bringing self made maps, lore, a rich world to play in and some fancy modules for Foundry. I make my own probs (even digitally) and will in general be trying to give you as much as you need.

Gameplay details

There are many mature themes present in my games, but if at any point someone feels uncomfortable with these, they wont be mentioned again. I wont do any sexual stuff. My priority is to make everyone feel safe and ensure a fun time for all.

How will character creation work

The characters will start at Level 3 and we use Automatic Bonus Progression and Free Archetype. If you have never played Pathfinder 2e or just want some help in general, Im available to sit down for a One on One voice chat for character creation. Otherwise, you are free to make characters yourself, but I do require a check up a week before the game starts (just to be safe) and the backstory at least three days before your first session.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
