How to prepare

📸 For players, I suggest having a webcam to improve the experience by increasing engagement in the game. 📣 It is necessary a good mic. ⚠️ If your mic has too much interference or doesn't receive your voice the others and I probably won't be able to understand you well, decreasing everyone's gaming experience. 🔊 A good speaker or headphones to listen well. 🌐 A good and stable internet is necessary. 🔊 A discord account is necessary for voice chat. 🌐Players don't need to buy Fantasy Grounds, only to use the free/demo version that can be downloaded through their website (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/) or Steam. A manual to do so is available once players join the game.

The Manuals contain information about Discord and how to use Fantasy Grounds. 🤝 Assistance for new players almost anytime. 🎭 Voicemod to increase my voice acting during the game. 🌟 Welcoming spirit.

Gameplay details

🛡️ Safety tools usage: 🛡️(Lines and Veils) + (Monte Cook Rpg Consent Checklist): Players are going to have access to a form to insert their lines and veils. Later, I will insert a checklist and share it before the game starts. ⏸️ (Open Doors) + (Breaks). Players are free to take a moment if necessary. Don't need to tell when leaving for a break, but, in Foundry, mark yourself as taking a break. ❌, 🚫, and 🆗 Cards: Foundry has an X card button in a theme that the player wants to cut from the game. N and O cards are not presented in Foundry, so press the X card button and declare that it is an N or O card. 🤝 (After Care): If you need to talk after the game, let me know. Can be through Discord chat or call. 🌟 (Star and Wishes): After games, you will have access to a survey in which you will be able to share your feelings regarding the session in a feedback form. Remember that the feedback must be respectful and constructive. Players can take the survey anonymously. 🗓️ Session 0: We will discuss the content and how we will use the safe tools. We will also discuss the alternative rules and the basics of character creation.

How will character creation work

Character creation: If players desire to play a non-pre-made character: Players are welcome to create a character in session 0. Players will receive support in creating their characters. Pre-made characters: For this adventure, players get to choose a premade character that was designed by the module for each scenario. I use the rule of "first to come, first to be served", meaning that those who join the game first have a preference in choosing the premade character. But I always prefer that players discuss which character they prefer to play, in a way that players get to discuss which each other prefers before choosing.
